Proceeded in death by his parents; Earl Alexander & Lillian May Black, sister; Linda Tuthill and brothers; Ron Black & Earl Jr. Black.
He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife; Sue, and
Daughters; Jessica & Erika.
Survived by his sister; Cheryl Powell and several wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom he adored.
Cliff touched the lives of many people in different ways and will be forever loved and missed.
