Cleo P Clinger 98, of Casselberry, Florida passed away on August 24, 2023. Cleo was born in Weirsdale, Florida on November 03, 1924, to the late Sidney Vernon Proctor and Elma Estelle Swearingen.
Cleo is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bryon and Toni Clinger, daughter-in-laws Stacie and Cyndy Clinger, one brother, Art Proctor, two sisters, Opal Fennell and Linda Denson and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
