Christina "Chrissy" R. (Kubic) Lundberg, 46, of Monroeville, PA formerly of Everson Valley passed away peacefully at the home of her parents with them by her side on Sunday morning, September 17, 2023 after a lingering battle with cancer.

She was born on October 11, 1976 the daughter of Tom and Edie (Overly) Kubic of Everson Valley.

Chrissy was preceded in death by an infant brother, Tommy Scott Kubic in 1973 and mother in law, Janet Lundberg in 2023.

Chrissy was a graduate of Southmoreland High School Class of 1995 and the University of Pittsburgh Class of 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She worked as a Head Start early learning consultant at Allegheny Intermediate Unit of Allegheny Country for 23 years.

Chrissy will be sadly missed by her devoted family. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, James Lundberg of Monroeville, son, Trey Kubic and fiance Rachel of Penn Hills, daughter, Jenna Lundberg of Monroeville, brother, Scott Kubic and his girlfriend Trish of Oil City, two special aunts, Rose Flannagan and Barbara Newcomer who were always there for her and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Honoring Chirssy's wishes there will be no visitation with cremation only. Remember her always as she was a very loving and caring person to everyone who knew her.

Arrangements are under the direction of the DeGusipe Funeral Home and Crematory, Dolfi Chapel, Stacey A. Dolfi, FD, 65 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA 15401. Interment is private.
