Christine W. Crouch

Christine Crouch, 73 of Sanford, Florida passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born on May 11, 1943 in Leicester, England.

She was the beloved wife of John Crouch, Mother to David Crouch, Steven Crouch and Susan Berridy; Nana to Abigail, Dawson, Gavin, Bryce, Lexie and Aidan; sister to Chris Dorrell and sister-in-law to Anne Rasmussen and Linda Dorrell.

After marrying in 1965 in England, Chris and her husband John enjoyed over 52 years as husband and wife, forming a bond and partnership that was wonderful to watch and an example of what a marriage is truly all about. They immigrated to the US shortly after they were married, living in Rhode Island until 1990, when they moved to Florida. They were both actively involved with St. Peter's in Lake Mary, Florida and cherished the friendships and faith they found at the church.

Chris' greatest joy came from making sure everyone in her life was taken care of and loved. After training at Leicester's Royal Infirmary she was an x-ray technician for over 40 years, caring for her patients as if they were her own family. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren participate in sports and other activities, never missing a game or recital if she could help it.

She will be greatly missed by anyone who knew her.
