Charlotte (Twedt) Frandsen, February 21, 1931- February 5, 2015, Apopka, FL, passed away after a lengthy illness at the age of 83. She was surrounded by her five children and her loving husband of 63 years, Paul Frandsen. In addition to her husband, her children and their spouses, she is survived by 15 grandchildren, their spouses, and six great grandchildren.
