Valesky, Charles B. 91, of St. Petersburg passed away on December 13, 2014. He was born in Braddock, PA on January 12, 1923 and moved to St. Petersburg in 1951, where he started the Valesky Insurance Agency in 1954.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne O. Valesky, and is survived by his daughters, Susan Wasserman, Karol Techton, and Simone McCown; sons, Paul Michael Valesky and Jon Valesky; and 7 grandchildren, Kasi Techton, Sara Wasserman, Perry Techton, James McCown, Alexander McCown, Kalyn Valesky and Madison Valesky.

During his free time, Charles loved working with his hands and was a talented master carpenter and mechanic. He also enjoyed his annual cruise vacations. The family is requesting donations to the American Heart Association. A memorial mass will be held at Transfiguration Catholic Church on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 2:00 PM followed by interment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
