Charles J. Shendok
72, passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2016. Charlie was born in Hackensack, N.J. on
Dec. 31, 1943 and moved to St. Petersburg in 1970. Charlie worked as a certified
ASE automotive tech in St. Pete Beach and Pasadena. Upon retiring he worked part-time at
Mastry Engine Center. His favorite saying was �I can fix anything except a broken heart.�
Charlie loved anything with an engine, especially fast boats and NASCAR. He was a member
and volunteer at Pasadena Community Church. Charlie is preceded in death by his
parents and his brother, Ronald. He is survived by his wife Janet of 30 years; sons Kevin (Marcie)
of Kissimmee, FL and Marc (Danielle) of Acworth, GA; grandchildren Brooke, Chase and
Madison; sister Joyce Molinari (Charles) of NJ; and many other family members and friends. A Celebration of Charlie�s Life will be held at Pasadena Community Church 227 70th Street, S.
on Saturday, August 6, 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the
American Cancer Society or Angel Outreach Ministry at Pasadena Community Church.
