Charles Allen Estel Jr. was born in Sandusky Ohio on Aug 3, 1945. He left this world Jan 20th for his new adventure. As a young man he served his country in the Navy. After his time in the military ended, he lived mainly in California until his move to Central Florida. It is here in 1982 that he met the love of his life, Rose Kovach Perry. And he spent the next 39 years by her side every day until her passing in 2021. They shared a great life filled with deep love.

He was also preceded in death by his dear sister Elizabeth. He is survived by his Stepchildren Christopher, Jacqueline and Timothy Perry, his grandson Brandon Perry, his stepdaughter in-law Duanyelle, brother David Estel, three nephews, Dustin, Keith and Davey, Jessica his niece in-law and great niece Effie as well as his family of caregivers at the Longwood Rehab Facility and a large community of friends who will always remember this kind, funny man who loved the beach.
