It is with deep and heavy sadness that we announce the death of Charles D'Alessandro, whom passed away on July 1st, 2015.

Charles was born in 1944 in Brooklyn, N.Y. He was the loving son of the late Charles and Aurora D'Alessandro.

In 1963 he enlisted in the United States Army and served a tour of duty in Vietnam.

He moved to Florida in 1973 where he worked for Eastern Airlines. He than was employed for 25 years by the United States Postal Service until his retirement in 2003.

Nothing brought him more pleasure and joy than to spend quality time with his three beautiful grandchildren.

Charlie always made friends easily, and his humor, his laugh and his stories will be greatly missed by all.

Charles is survived by his beloved wife Pamela D'Alessandro of Winter Park, Fl. & their three beautiful children Craig D'Alessandro, Chris D'Alessandro & Dawn Gerrol. He is proudly survived by his loving grandchildren Anna Marie Gerrol, Craig Jr. D'Alessandro & Christian D'Alessandro. Brother to Rosemary Lucido & Linda Martelli.

Funeral services will be held at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Winter Park, Fl. on Monday July 13th at 9:30 A.M.
