Celebrating The Life of Chad Edward Dionis

Chad Edward Dionis passed away unexpectedly at his home
on March 30, 2020 at the age of 49. He was born in Altoona, PA on March 16, 1971 and graduated from Altoona Area High School and Indiana University of PA.

Chad loved swimming. He excelled in the Butterfly Competition
and his High School Swim Team were undefeated in his Junior & Senior years. Extremely intelligent, Chad was in the Honors Program in college.
He loved challenges and learning as a Computer Engineer.

Chad was active in fitness, enjoying competitions of Cross Fit, Tough
Mudder, Savage & Spartan Races which filled his life with excitement.
Chad loved to have fun with family & friends, as they enjoyed the beach,
cookouts, concerts and sport events together.

Chad had a successful career of 21 years with Federal Express. He began
in January of 1999 as a Software Developer on the Genesis Team developing
solutions to capture the shipment data for international, Intra-Country and Domestic Shipments contributing to the growth and success of the company today.

Chad is survived by his parents; Edward & Judith Dionis, wife; Paula Dionis and step-children; Ryan, Brett, Andrew, William and Peyton.

Chad will always be lovingly remembered by his Family, Friends, Co-
Workers and Neighbors.
