Carolyn Ann Kirkham Yates of Lake Mary, FL passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018. She was born in Vernon, IN to Francis and Hope Kirkham. She married Robert Yates in April of 1956 and raised five children. She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years. Carolyn was a retired nurse who continued to care for friends and family and was loved by many.

She is survived by her brothers, Francis (Janice) Kirkham, Robert (Phyllis) Kirkham, and David (Lisa) Kirkham. Her sons, Carroll (Sandra) Yates, David (Sheri) Yates, and daughters Rhonda Sundvall, Ruth (Gene) Tyson, and Linda (Tom) Crawford. She has 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life for Carolyn will be at DeGuispe Funeral Home, Sanford, FL on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow.
