Carolyn Bartman passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on
March 1, 2023. Mrs. Carolyn Bartman, 80, was a loving wife, sister, mother, and
grandmother.

She was born in Columbus, GA, but her family moved to Orlando
when she was a child. Mrs. Bartman graduated from Boone High School in 1961,
moved to New Jersey to attend nursing school, met her husband of 44 years, and
started their family with the birth of their first daughter. In the mid-1960s, she
moved to DeLand, FL, where she worked as an obstetric nurse for over 30 years
before retiring to Orlando.

Mrs. Bartman is survived by her daughters, ToniAnn
Bartman and Tami (Kevin) Murphy; her three grandchildren, Jewell, Aidan, and
Logan Murphy; and her twin sister, Sydney Ward Thompson; nephews, Duke
Thompson and Taylor Thompson.

Visitation will be at DeGusipe Funeral Home,
Ocoee, on Tuesday, March 7, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held
Wednesday, March 8, at 11:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, Daily Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Carol's name to Holy Family
Catholic School, 5129 S. Apopka-Vineland Rd., Orlando, FL, to benefit needy
students.
