Carol Young

Carol Young passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on November 5, 1956, Carol will be remembered with love and gratitude by all who knew her.

Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those closest to her. She is survived by her mother, Dotlyn Richardson; her sister, Vivene Salkey; her brother, Errol Young; her cousins, Keisha Gilliland and Samuel Charlton and many family members & friends. Each of them carries forward cherished memories of Carol and the lasting bond they shared with her.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Carol at a Funeral Service on September 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Church At The Cross, 700 Good Homes Road, Orlando, Florida 32818. A Graveside Service will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Edgewood-Greenwood Cemetery (Apopka Cemetery), 141 Edgewood St, Apopka, Florida 32703.

Carol’s life will be honored in the memories of those who loved her, and her presence will be deeply missed. May her family and friends find comfort in one another and in the enduring love she leaves behind.
