Dr. Carl Edward Mills, 88 of Winter Park, Florida passed away Sunday, Sept, 4, 2016.

Carl was born in Nashville, TN and was married to his loving wife June for 62 years.

He graduated from George Peabody College (BS), Nashville and Louisville Theological Seminary (MDiv, DD).
Carl was a minister in the Presbyterian Church USA. He served churches in Greensboro, NC. (Meadowside), Louisville, KY. (Beulah), and Houston, TX. He served in the US Marine Corps. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. In his younger years Carl enjoyed playing handball and he loved to fish.

Carl is survived by his Wife, June Parsons Mills; Children: Jonathan David (Orlando), James Carl (NYC), Carter Haskell (Mobile) Grandchildren: Diane, Emma, Abigail. Preceded by: Mother, Margret Carter Mills and Father, Carl Mills

Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 9, 2016, 1:00 PM @ Maitland Presbyterian Church, Rev. Carter Mills and Rev. Labert Altemose will be officiating. A reception will Immediately follow the service at Maitland Presbyterian Church.

Place of Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Park (Winter Park).

Services are entrusted to DeGusipe Funeral Home, Maitland FL.
