Branden Scott Grant, 31 of Orlando, Florida passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019. Mr. Grant was born July 4, 1987 in Orlando, Florida to his loving parents Derek and Tamera Grant. Branden is also survived by his 3 siblings, Christen Kuhlman (Jason Kuhlman), Erica Grant and Ryan Grant, his daughter Summerlin Olivia Grant, his two nieces Jayden Kuhlman and Olivia Kuhlman. Branden is also remembered by his loving Grandparents (Lou Simms, Brenda Simms, Judy Simms, Peggy Webster), Aunts (Angie Simms, Holly Grant), Uncles (Roger Grant, Curtis Grant) and Cousins on both Maternal and Paternal sides and his girlfriend Francheska Olivo.

Branden aka Brandman, Uncle Nanan, BG and most recently Boss was a Southern Gentlemen with the BIGGEST heart. He would greet you with his big beautiful smile, bright green eyes and a warm bear hug or firm handshake. He took the time to hold open doors, give compliments or have a small conversation to change the course of someone's day for the better. He left his imprint in the world we live in today and we can remember his vibrant spirit by continuing his legacy of choosing kindness each day.

He loved playing basketball (organized or just for fun), watching movies, visiting Universal Studios and spending time with his family and loved one. His family extended beyond his bloodline, he considered his closest friends' part of his family. No matter the conflict, he would always say "Family is Family, no matter what". Branden would always find a way to make you smile, no matter if that meant the conversation taking a complete nosedive or him making a complete fool of himself until we were all laughing so hard with tears streaming down our faces.

Branden has always been fond of D.C. and Marvel Superheroes. He would often listen to the Hans Zimmer score for Batman. When he was a child, he would find the longest towel or pillowcase in the house and ask for someone to help him clip it on like a cape.

A TRUE HERO ISN'T MEASURED BY THE SIZE OF HIS STRENGTH BUT BY THE STRENGTH OF HIS HEART – Hercules. This quote proves Branden really was a Superhero.

Although Branden was taken from us too soon and we all have a gaping hole in our hearts, it will take us all an incredible amount of time to heal. We must remember God called for him to be by his side and that he is now resting in Paradise. We also must take comfort he is not alone and is being taken care of by our Angels.

Branden's Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be February 16th, 2019 held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, followed by some fun on the basketball court in his Memory.
