Bienvenido (Ben) N. Celones, 75 passed away on December 24, 2018, after a three year battle with cancer. He was born January 31, 1943, in Binangonan, Rizal Philippines. He came to the United States in April 1959 and resided with his mother, step father and five step brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by both parents and one sister. Ben graduated Chicopy High School in Mass. 1961 and Ohio University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Architecture. It was there that he met his wife of 52 years, Terry, and the couple were married August 27, 1966. Together they had three children: Linda labrador, Jeffrey Celones, and Benjamin Celones and seven grand children. Mr. Celones became a naturalized citizen on February 10, 1967. He became a registered architect in 1977 and was a member of A1A. He worked as an architect for the firms of HWH and later for MRI Architectural Group Inc. where he became a partner. Ben was a past member and president of Casselberry Rotary Club. He was a Paul Harris Fellow. Ben loved his church, Asbury United Methodist Church in Maitland, FL, where services will be held on January 12 @ 3:00 p.m.
