Obituary

Betty F. Randall, born August 22, 1928 in East Hampton, Massachusetts to James E. and Helen Farrell, passed away on August 12, 2014 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Betty moved with her family to Boylston, Alabama where she trained and served in the United States Air Force as a nurse. She then moved to St. Petersburg in 1951 where she met and later married Robert S. Randall. She continued practicing nursing and became a mother to Robert S., Jr., and Judith Marie, and Sharon Ann. In 2003, she moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Betty was an avid line-dancer and volunteer worker. She had a smile for everyone she met. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Randall; her two daughters, Judith Marie and Sharon Ann; two brothers, James Farrell, Jr. and Jack Farrell; and three sisters, Louise Wikstrom, Dorothy Moynihan and Eleanor Farrell. She is survived by her son, Robert S. Randall, Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two grandchildren, Robert S. Randall, III of Colorado Springs and James Douglas Wright of St. Petersburg, Florida. The family will receive friends at the R. Lee Williams & Son Funeral Home 3530-49th St. No. Sunday, Sept. 14 from 3-5 P.M. A graveside service will be conducted Monday, Sept. 15 at 9 A.M. at Memorial Park Cemetery followed by Military Honors.
