Belvie 'Eugene' Mullins, age 82, of Sanford Fl, slipped away peacefully on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Vitas Hospice Unit, Orlando. Born on October 15, 1939, in Martinsville, Virginia. Eugene was the son of the late Creed K. Mullins and Dorothy (Whitlow) Mullins.

He was the owner of Expert Roofing and Remodeling and a member of the Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

He is survived by his two daughters Wanda Tomlinson of Sanford, FL; and Cristy Golden-Nutter of Bassett, Virginia; and one adopted son, Maxey 'David' Mullins of Bassett, Virginia; one sister, Margie Barbour of Bassett, Virginia; 4 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home, 905 S. Laurel Ave., Sanford, FL. A Graveside Service will follow at 3:00PM at Sanford Evergreen Municipal Cemetery, 25th Street, Sanford, FL.
