Barry H. Sosby, 58, died unexpectedly on Friday, Sept. 18, at his home in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was born Nov. 21. 1956, to Donald and Betty Sosby. His mother preceded him in death.
He was a musician and former resident of Kentucky. He was also an avid UK Basketball fan.
Survivors include: his wife Renee, a son, Ian Michael Sosby of Michigan; a step-son, Gedeon Tirado, St. Petersburg; his father and step-mother, Donald and Charlene Sosby, Cynthiana and Dunnellon, Florida; a sister, Becky (Ernie) Barnes; a nephew, Seth Barnes, Tampa; a niece, Erin Barnes Slone, Georgetown, Ky.; and a great niece.
Private services are being held by the family.
