Arthur B. Mowry, 72 passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Effie; loving father of Lee Mowry; devoted grandfather of Nick, Zach, Sean, Chris, Samantha and Cameron. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Clearview United Methodist Church 4515-38th Ave. No., St. Petersburg, Fl. at 11 A.M.
