Armand Romeo "Red" Poulin Jr. 72, of Pinellas Park, Florida died on April 17, 2017 at Largo Medical Center in Florida.
He was raised in Winooski, the son of Armand Sr. and Dorothy (Latour) Poulin.
After graduation from Winooski High School, he served four years in the U.S. Navy.
For many years he worked at General Electric and then learned auto repair with his brother-in-law Clayton Norton.
In 1990 he moved to Florida and worked as a construction plumber.
Now his work here is done. He has been called to a better place where he will be able to enjoy his great love of fishing.
He will be reunited with his family and friends, among them his son Kelly, his sister Lee and his parents.
According to his wishes his ashes will be placed in the Winooski river at his favorite fishing spot.
He is survived by his child Michael Maria; two sisters: Patricia (Elisha) Brooks and Rosie (David); brother Richard (Linda); two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren , nieces, nephews and his significant other, Diana Ricker.
