Antoun "Tony" Youssef Herro, was born on the 24th day of July in 1939 in Damascus, Syria. In the first 40 years of his life, one could truly only imagine the experiences that made him such a strong, inexplicably humble soul. Tony Herro was one of the most hard working honest men to roam the face of the earth. His strength, pride, confidence and strong faith kept him humbly honest and direct. He was truly a monumentally valuable role model for his family, their friends, and for everyone that he came across in this life. Tony was firm in his convictions because he knew and appreciated the value of family and the people in his life. Tony Herro was a family man. As much as he may not have started his life with this goal, it surely ended up being one of his loudest and most valuable messages that he could share with the world.

Tony began his life in a place and time that does not exist anymore. To fully understand why he was so devout with his faith, one would truly have to have met this man, and physically heard the extraordinarily mind blowing details of the life he lived. In Lebanon, Tony met his wife, Norma Haddad. Tony was a hairdresser and Norma was his assistant tech. Unfortunately, due to the civil war in Lebanon they had to relocate. Tony and Norma moved to Florida where they had 3 beautiful children, Jimmy, Gena and Joyce. Tony opened a middle eastern bakery in downtown Orlando, Fl, where he and Norma produced some of the tastiest ethnic bites of fulfillment to hit your belly. Tony specialized in pita bread, and Norma made magic with her extraordinarily tasty dishes and pastries. Not a soul on this side of the region could compare the taste, texture, or perfection that these two created together. Without a doubt they made the best team, it was truly the immaculate conception. After 17 years of hard work they sold their bakery to retire. Due to boredom, retirement only lasted for 2yrs and they opened Sartoris Pizza. Sartoris Pizza became a very successful little pizza shop that created some amazing bonds with some incredible people. With old age creeping around the corner, eventually Sartoris was sold and retiring became inevitable.

Tony spent the last of his days in his home with his Norma, his children, and amazingly beautiful grandchildren. All the grandkids absolutely loved their Jido. He was surrounded by the family he created and by a whole lot of love and comfort. Tony Herro will forever remain the solid foundation he always knew he was...he created and instilled the true meaning of strength in all of us, honorably, respectfully and with pure tough love.

Antoun Youssef Herro, AKA Tony Herro, age 80 of Geneva, Fl, went home to be with the Lord on the 7th day of November 2019. Although with his age, life expectancy was scarce, but his death was unexpected. He was surrounded by his most valuable earthly possessions beginning with his wife, age 62 of Geneva, FL, Norma Herro, his only beloved son Jimmy Herro age 40 of Geneva, Fl, his middle daughter Gena Herro age 39 of Geneva, Fl, and his baby Joyce Brown age 34 of Geneva, Fl. Tony was also surrounded by the amazing spouses of his children and his beloved grandchildren, Marriah Elliott Herro who is the wife of Jimmy Herro, and Adam Brown who is the husband to Joyce Brown. His grandchildren from oldest to youngest are Jaxson Jones, Riley Jones, Layla Brown, Wesley Herro, and baby Eli Brown.
