Antone Joseph McCloskey, 69 of Heathrow, Florida passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015. Mr. McCloskey was born January 8, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to John and Margaret McCloskey.

"Joe" served as a Navy Pilot in Pensacola, Florida, being honorably discharged in 1969. After working with Armco Steel and then Gator Dock and Marine. He purchased Gator Dock and Marine (Sanford) in 1987. He ran a successful business, developing lifelong friendships and valued his employees. He sold his business in 2005.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie McCloskey; Children, Meggin Heather McCloskey Robbins (Rhett), Deanna D'Eramo Magee (Matt) and David D'Eramo (Allison); Grandchildren, Kate and Caroline Robbins, Matthew and Gianna Magee.

Also surviving are sisters, Lois Lohmeyer and Cathy Ward; brother, John McCloskey (Patty); nieces and nephews; Margaret Joyce McCloskey and many lifelong friends He was preceded in death by his parents, John Tracy and Margaret McCloskey; brother, Bob McCloskey(Linda).
