It is with deep respect that we announce the passing of Anthony Gustavo Pinto, who departed this life on July 15, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on February 6, 1942, Anthony’s long journey encompassed decades marked by quiet dignity, steadfast perseverance, and enduring devotion to his loved ones.

Anthony’s legacy is most profoundly felt in the lives of his beloved daughters, Darlene Kosnik and Shirley Weber, who survive him and carry forward his memory. His siblings, including Martha and Reubin, cousins, nephews, and nieces on both the Pinto and Feria side of his family will always remember him with love, and hold his memory dear to their hearts.

His 12 close friends in the Cachito group are “like brothers” to him, some of whom he has known for the past 20 years. Anthony made a special meeting place in his backyard for his friends, the Cachito Shack, where many fond memories were made and will forever be cherished.

Throughout his 84 years, Anthony had many adventures. He joined the Army during Vietnam, then graduated from Lawrence Tech with an engineering degree, worked with several companies in national defense, and finally worked as an architectural draftsman.

Anthony’s life will be honored with an inurnment at 9:00 a.m. on July 29, 2026, at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, located at 5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Anthony are invited to join in paying their final respects and reflecting on the impact of his gentle presence.

Though he is no longer with us, the memory of Anthony Gustavo Pinto will remain a source of inspiration and affection to those privileged to have known him. He will be remembered always for his love of spontaneity and adventure, leaving behind a legacy of joy, laughter, and unforgettable stories.
