Anthony DiBiase, 78, died peacefully at home June 10, 2014, surrounded by his family after a long battle with Alzheimers and Cancer. Born January 16, 1936 in Astoria Queens, NY, he is pre-deceased by his oldest brother Angelo and his parents Filomena and Antonio.

Anthony attended Stuyvesant High School in New York City and was a two time Golden Gloves Champion as a boxer before attending the University of Virginia on a boxing scholarship. While attending the University of Virginia in 1955, Anthony won the Division I NCAA welterweight championship which qualified him to represent the United States in the 1956 Olympic games. A hand injury prevented him from competing in the games. Anthony finished his college education at New York University where he earned his Bachelors degree.

After working for the American Medical Association in the early 1960's as a publishing salesperson, Anthony eventually became a pioneer in the medical advertising and publishing industry where he worked for over 30 years as a founding partner of Pharmaceutical Media Inc.

Anthony is survived by his wife Carmela of 51 years, his brother Louis, his children Lisa and her husband Bob, Anthony and his wife Donna, Richard and his wife Kim, and grandchildren Christopher, Sara, Kenny, Matthew, Nicholas, Amanda, Lauren, Ryan, and Lindsey.

He is going to be missed tremendously by his family and friends who loved him dearly.
