Obituary

Ann Noel Seton Brennan Denion, 90, of Maitland, Florida, passed away on September 2, 2021.

Ann was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 23, 1930. She had also lived in Tudor Village, Queens, New York, Paramus, New Jersey, Reisterstown, Maryland and Medford, New Jersey.

She graduated from St. Sylvester School and Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School in Brooklyn and received a B.A. from Queens College.

She married John Michael Denion on November 26, 1959 in Paramus.

Ann had worked before her marriage for the Social Security Administration and later as a substitute teacher in the Lenape Regional High School District in and around Medford. She also volunteered as an election day poll worker for many years in Medford.

She enjoyed nature, swimming, reading and listening to music, especially opera, and took pleasure in traveling and sharing her knowledge of history with family and friends. She loved and was proud of her husband, children and grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her children John Jr. (Deatre), Conal (Nancy), Ann (David) and Christopher, her grandchildren Alexis, Cecelia, Aaron, Julia, Joanna and Chloe and her sister Maureen Kraft. Her parents Joseph and Anna Brennan, her husband John, her son Joseph and her sister Virginia Wahl predeceased her.

A wake will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at DeGusipe Funeral Home - Maitland Chapel, 9001 N. Orlando Avenue, Maitland, FL 32751. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 526 North Park Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789.
