Anita L. Wasilko of Casselberry, FL passed into the heavenly kingdom on August 9, 2015. She was born in Lewistown, PA on May 6, 1942 and is predeceased by parents Tom and Priscilla (Smoker) Bailey, and infant son, Scott Matthew on September 21,1973. She will be joining them and many aunts, uncles, and a cousin as they are afforded eternal life in heaven.

During Anita's career, she was active as an Association Manager in many positions, including the Executive Director of the Mifflin/Juniata Chamber of Commerce. Later in life she pursued her passion for nursing, following in the family footsteps of her mother and sisters. Anita attended the University of Pittsburgh and had a firm background in personal relationships. Nursing in many retirement communities in Pennsylvania and Florida.

She leaves many friends and family from around the world to keep her memory eternal including husband Michael R. Wasilko and son Patrick J. Wasilko of Casselberry, FL. Sisters Judie Wohnsiedler (Bruce-deceased) of Woodbridge, VA, Susie (Michael) Marrone of Burke, VA, and brother Michael Bailey (Jane) of McClure, PA. Sister-in-law and brother-in-law Carol and Serge Daniels of Mt. Lebanon, PA. And many cousins, nephews, nieces, and one uncle.

A memorial service to honor the memory of Anita Louise Wasilko will be celebrated on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the New Life Church, 101 North Beech Street, Burnham, PA beginning at 11 AM. Reception and luncheon to follow at Noon in the same location.
