Anil Kumar Pal, 81, of Orlando, passed away on February 5, 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Anil was born on May 23, 1941 to Dipu Daman Paul and Tara Wati in Ghaziabad. After Anil graduated from Shambhu Dayal School in 1958, he went on to study electrical engineering at BIT of Ranchi.

After graduating with a degree in electrical engineering, he started his first job at Desin as an electrical design engineer, kickstarting a 30+ year career in engineering.

In 1966, Anil met Manjula at Ghaziabad. Anil and Manjula went on to have two children, Ashish and Parul. The family immigrated to the United States in the mid 1980s.

In 2017, Anil retired and spent his time gardening, cooking, playing chess, drawing, playing with grandchildren and watching CNN and Indian news.

Anil was predeceased by his brother Arvind and sister Lalita. He is survived by his wife Manjula, children Ashish and Parul, grandchildren Bhanu, Jai, Nikhil, and Kheli, brother Ashok, sisters Shashi and Amita.

Services will be held at DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory in Maitland on Sunday, February 12 at 9:00 AM.
