Anhquoc "Joe" Nguyen, 41, passed away on August 15, 2021, due to complications resulting from a month-long battle with COVID-19. The disease took him too soon from this world, but his spirit will live on forever.

Joe is survived by his beautiful wife Casey, and 3 beautiful kids; his daughter Hien, and two sons; Huy and Hieu. He was a proud husband and father and loved his family unconditionally. He is a son to his mother Lan. Joe is a brother to Peter, John, Thomas, Nam, and Vu; and an uncle to Tai, Isabella, Mai, Minh Anh, and Mai Anh. His unique sense of humor will live on through his surviving family and friends.

Joe's dad Tuyen (who is deceased) instilled the value of family in him at a very young age. According to Joe, "My family is God's biggest and best blessing to me." If you have ever seen Joe in his favorite outfit; basketball shorts, a white tank top, and some flip flops; sat at a poker table with him; or even played fantasy football with him-you were considered family. Joe loved having gatherings and seeing all his family and friends enjoying each other's company.

Joe was a bridge; he bridged many people from different walks of life together. He will be remembered forever. He will live on through happy memories from all his family and friends. Joe and Casey built a family full of love and happiness. Joe was a beacon of light for his family, his love for his children was tremendous; he was always proud to speak about how they were growing into such great kids. Casey, Hien, Huy, and Hieu will exude Joe's love and spirit forever.
