Angela Kay Klima, 61, was born August 15, 1956 in Macon, Georgia. Surrounded by family and friends she died peacefully on June 14, 2018 at Altamonte Springs Florida Hospital following a sudden respiratory failure.
A graduate of Miller High School in Macon, Angela started her family in Perry, Georgia before moving to Florida where she was a long-term resident in the Orlando area. Angela spent most of her professional career as a much-valued member of the Home Depot staff. While she handled many assignments in the store, her special talent was in the Garden Department where she shared with customers her infectious enthusiasm for all things green and colorful, skills that made her garden and yard an award winning part of her neighborhood.
While work was a big part of her life, Angela was a devoted and loving Mother to her two sons, Luke Bryan and Shane Bryan, both which survive her, and her two grandchildren, Lyla & Levi Bryan. She was at her very happiest enjoying the company and love of her grandchildren. Angela is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Lisa Bryan, and her two brothers, William H. Klima and Don L. Klima and their families living in the Jacksonville area. Angela is also survived by her former husband Jim Lockhart; her first husband, George Bryan, predeceased her. Those blessed to know Angela remember her as a generous spirit who never met a stranger.
Angela was such a caring and loving person that would do anything for anyone.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held for Angela on June 30th at 10 am and the reception at 11:00 am at St Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers anyone wishing to share a remembrance direct their generosity to the
