Born Feb 19, 1963 in Santurce, PR. Born to Juan Oyola and Maria Oyola Rios. Sister to Enitdia, Lina, Juan, Teresa, Raul, Marta, Mildred, Gloria. Resident of New York from 1969 to 1995.
Attended Iglesia Forest City from 1997 - June 2014.

Survived by two children Essmie Feliciano & spouse Jose Feliciano and Andrew Oyola & spouse Ana Oyola, and two grandchildren Gabriel and Michael Feliciano.
