Ruby Stenstrom Alderman Harley, age 87 of Lake Mary, Florida, passed away on May 21, 2021 at her residence. Ruby was born on March 12, 1934 in Sanford, Florida, the daughter of Newton J. Stenstrom and Janie Gissendanner Stenstrom. Preceded in death by her twin brother Robert Stenstrom, her first husband and love of her life Ed Alderman (d.1995) and her second husband Tommy Harley (d.2008); daughter Glenda Alderman (d.2020); she is survived by her daughters Debora (Bobby) Von Herbulis of Lake Mary, and Glynna (Kevin) Hood of Sanford; grandchildren Matthew (Karli) Von Herbulis of Kigali, Rwanda, Africa, Maverick (Monica) Von Herbulis of Sanford and Ariel D. Hood of Sanford; and 5 great grandchildren. Public Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, on Friday, May 28, 2021, with a Funeral Service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM both at Westview Baptist Church, 4100 County Road 46A, Sanford, FL 32771. Burial will immediately follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 4991 County Rd 46A, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
