Norman was born on March 13, 1947, in Kitchner, Ontario, Canada, the son of Edward Kinzel and Helen Edith Shultz Kinzel. Norman is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law Louis Cerullo, and is survived by his wife Naomi, his sons Brett (JoAnn), Kenneth A. Brill, and Brent (JoAnna) Kinzel; daughters Tracy K.
