Jutta Gourley

Jutta Gourley, born Jutta Gabriele Countess von Tauffkirchen zu Guttenburg, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. She was 94 years old. Jutta was born May 15, 1927 in München, Germany to the late Max Eugen Emil Karl Graf von Tauffkirchen and Margarete Ilse Gräfin von Tauffkirchen, born Bestehorn. She migrated to the United States in 1949. On June 6, 1953 she married James Gourley, US Army. They were stationed in Germany, France, and multiple U.S. bases before retiring in Orlando, Florida in 1964. Jutta enjoyed gardening and her flower beds were admired by everyone. She loved music, dancing, and baking. She was always available to care for her children, grandchildren, and neighbors. She never missed a chance to send cards to her family and friends to let them know she cared. Jutta was loved by everyone that knew her. Jutta was pre-deceased by her husband James, her brother Max-Egon von Tauffkirchen, and her twin sister Ingeborg Garner. She is survived by her brother Hellmut Kehren and his wife Helga of Hannover, Germany, her sister Helga Kehren of Italy, her son Bill Szeveczyk and his wife Norma of North Dakota, her daughter Judy Brown and her husband Bill of Winter Springs, FL, her daughter Sylvia Driggers and her husband Ed, her son Jim Gourley and his wife Dawn of Orlando FL. She was Omama to her four grandchildren, Chris Brown (Emily), Chad Brown, David Gourley (Beth), and Denise Ortiz (Nick). She loved her three great-grandchildren Gavin and Grayson Ortiz and Madison Gourley. Jutta looked forward to her expected fourth great-grandchild, Mackenzie Gourley. She will be greatly missed by all including here longtime friends Jóse, Jack, David, and Tommy. A celebration of her life will be communicated at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to HOPE Helps, HARBOR HOUSE of Central Florida, or C.A.T.S-C.A.N., Inc.
