Daniel "Neil" Wittenstein

February 28, 1925 - February 15, 2022

Daniel "Neil" Wittenstein passed away peacefully on February 15, 2022; just weeks before his 97th birthday. Born and raised in Orlando, he was the son of Morris & Esther Wittenstein. A lifelong resident of College Park, his early years were spent on the family's dairy farm. After attending University of Fla, Neil went on to own Clyde Ferris Plumbing. Neil was active in the Bahia Shrine and served on the board of the Shriner's Children's Hospital in Mexico City and many years in the Jesters Unit. He was a member of Ohev Shalom Congregation. In addition to his parents, Neil was predeceased by his siblings Joseph Wittenstein, Tybe Kahn and Florence Tobias, and his companion, Christine Blankenship. He is survived by his children David (Pamela) Wittenstein and Debra Wittenstein, 2 grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
