Pamela A. Hatfield

Pamela Ann Studyvin Hatfield It is with great sadness to announce that Pamela Ann Hatfield passed away and entered her heavenly home on July 31, 2019, with her son, Matthew, by her side. Pam was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, “Mada” and friend. “Mada” was the name given to her by her granddaughter, Scotland, and grandson, Hampton. She is survived by her son, Matthew A. Hatfield, her daughter-in-law, Victoria E. Hatfield, and her beloved grandchildren, Scotland and Hampton. She is also survived by her mother Ruth A. Foster, three sisters, Debra Studyvin Velez (Dr. Duane Velez), Mary Beth Mitchell (Rex Mitchell), and Judy Studyvin, one brother-in-law, Spencer Hatfield (Amber Hatfield), nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Jenny, Meredith, Gib, Tobi, Pauli, Brooke, Blake, Clay, Lauren, Leah, Logan and Leyna, and countless great nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and coworkers. Pam was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert “Gib” Studyvin, her stepfather, Leroy “Coke” Ellis Foster, the love of her life, Robert M. Hatfield, and her grandparents. She was born on September 17, 1956, in Gravette, Arkansas. While attending Gravette Public Schools, Pam was a twirler for the Gravette High School Marching Band and played the trombone. She was part of one of Gravette’s largest marching bands, having marched at the half-time show of the Kansas City Chiefs in November, 1970. Pam met her husband and lifelong companion, Robert, while attending Gravette Junior High School. Pam worked as an executive assistant with several companies over the past 40 years. She loved living by, and spending time with, her family and friends, and most of all spending time with her beloved grandchildren, Scotland and Hampton. Pam, who was amazingly kind, caring and compassionate, had a beautiful spirit and loved to smile and laugh. She lit up each room she entered with her spirit and smile. There will be a Celebration of Life at First Unity Spiritual Campus located at 460 46th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33703-4791 on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. Lunch will be provided by Pam’s family following the Celebration.
