Bernice Ransom, was born in New York, New York to the parents of Edward and Gwendolyn Abrams. She lived the majority of her life in Los Angeles, CA. But much later in her life she became restless and had a desire to move away. Clermont, Florida, became her new home at a beautiful lakefront place called Orchard Heights, where she was the life of the party. She gained many friends and even had a boyfriend (Don)!

However, on November 5th, 2020 she passed away due to complications of a hip fracture. At 95 years old, Bernice lived a very enjoyable and fulfilled life. She will be missed by many.

She will live on in eternity with The Lord Jesus Christ, because to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

She is survived by four children: Marlene, Frederick, Stephanie, and Gwendolyn. There spouses: Wendell, Jackie, Leslie. Her Grandchildren: Antoinette, Mark Sr. Andrew IV, Tiffany, Taylar. Her Great Grandchildren: Shaunte (Ralph), Porscha, Dominic Sr. (Natalie), Mark Jr. (Breann), Justin Sr., (Tia), Julian, Sloan, Sydeny, Destiny, Kaiah, Harper, and Ryanne. Her Great Great Grandchildren: Tyjuan, Skye, Dominic Jr. Andrew, Ralph Jr. Naomi, Shaun, Czar, Justin Jr. Her Nephews and Nieces: Mark, Gordon, Erin, Linzie and the oldest living brother-in-law, Roland at 98 years.
